Retreat in Upper Austria

My first retreat was the beginning of a journey.

It was a one-day format in which kundalini practices, the sadhu board — as an experience of meeting oneself through the body — art therapy, and meditations wove together naturally. The space turned out to be alive, deep, and very real.

I remember my state — inspiration mixed with excitement. So much unknown… and at the same time, an inner sense that everything was happening exactly as it should.

And it was there that I truly felt for the first time how healing a retreat space can be — gentle, opening, and transformative.

That day became a turning point, after which it was simply impossible not to continue.

What I treasure most is that many of the participants from that retreat are still close — as students, as friends, as kindred spirits.

With gratitude for that day — it is where everything began.
